Located in a picturesque spot where the Prinsengracht meets The River Amstel, the apartment is a short walk from Rembrandsquare, Dam Square, Nieuwmarkt and Waterlooplein. Just two minutes walk away is Utrechtsestraat, full of great restaurants, cafes and independent boutiques you won't see elsewhere in the city. The Museum District too is within fifteen minutes walking distance. The apartment is easy to reach with public transport or taxi from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport or Central Station in 15-20 minutes.

After booking, 50% of the balance plus the refundable damage deposit is due to the owner directly by Paypal or bank transfer. The final balance is also payable by Paypal or bank transfer before arrival.
