sitting room with four sofas, flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, dining
area (12/16). Kitchen with large range - gas hob, electric ovens;
French style fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee
machine and two drawer dishwasher. Dining Room seating up to
20. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Small sitting
room with gas fire, TV, DVD player, sectional sofas, toys. Original
hallway, ornate cast iron stairs to first floor. Library, PC and
coffee/tea/drinks area. Suite 1 - disability equipped- with 2 single
beds, single day bed and pull out single bed, en suite bath/shower
over, WC, whb. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, can be zip linked, large en
suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with king-size bed, large en suite bathroom
with standalone bath in front of the window. Suite 4 with king-size
bed, family room with 2 single beds, shared 'jack and jill' en suite
bathroom. New oak staircase to second floor, refreshment area with
tea, coffee, cold drinks.
Second floor: Suite 5 with king-size four poster bed, family room with
two single beds, "secret stair" to access and large en suite
bathroom. Bedroom 6 with king-size bed and large en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 with king-size bed and large en suite bathroom, standalone
tub in front of the window. Suite 8 with king-size bed, family room
with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom. Roof terrace with spectacular
views will be coming soon. Enclosed garden with seating, tables, large
built in barbecue and 8 person hot tub. Parking for 8 cars. Rent
inclusive of electricity, gas and oil central heating. Two cots, two
high chairs supplied. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Wi Fi
available. Passenger lift up to 2nd floor, (4 person max). Friday
changeover. 4pm takeover.
Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
